CrossFit

CrossFit utilizes functional movements to promote physical autonomy (i.e. the freedom to do the things you want with your body). The high intensity nature of our programming produces the most ideal conditions for your body to become as resilient as possible. Our no frills programming pulls from all fields of fitness and athletics: endurance, agility, plyometrics, mobility, gymnastics, and weightlifting to name a few. All workouts can be scaled to meet your current fitness level.

Olympic Lifting

The objective of our weekly skill focused olympic lift class is to teach athletes how to perform the snatch, clean, jerk – safely, efficiently and effectively.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a training program that mixes high-intensity interval training with basic gymnastics and total body functional movement. Keeping in mind that "intensity" is relative, the movements practiced in Bootcamp contain all the elements needed to develop foundational strength, flexibility, and motor control. When these movements are practiced intentionally at a high rate of effort (including, but not exclusively "fast"), participants improve both their aerobic and anaerobic work capacity through efficient movement and increased strength.
